How MicroResurfacing Works
At Alazzo Spa, we use DermaSweep™ technology for our MicroResurfacing sessions. This technology is at the cutting edge of microdermabrasion techniques. Essentially, it is a way to gently remove dead skin cells on the surface of the skin and stimulate the body to produce new skin cells, giving you smoother skin.
The DermaSweep™ wand is a multiple level vacuum system with a variety of treatment tips. This means that it can be customized to any skin type. As it passes over the skin, it gently lifts and exfoliates the topmost layer, collecting dead skin cells in a closed container. There are two passes done for each treatment. The first pass uses a stronger bristle to remove particles and dead skin. The second pass focuses on specially formulated Epi-infusion treatments that deliver specific topical solutions to the skin.
