Emtone vs Emsculpt: Which is right for you?

Many new non-invasive, non-surgical treatments promise to sculpt the ideal you. But with so many options, it can be hard to choose! Whether you want to smooth out the rippled appearance of your thighs or are tired of sweating it out at the gym, Alazzo knows just the thing. Let’s discuss the benefits of Emtone vs Emsculpt to get the best results for your body confidence.

What is Emtone?

Emtone is an FDA-approved device that uses radiofrequency and targeted pressure energy to decrease the bumpy appearance of cellulite on the buttocks and thighs and tighten skin on the belly and arms.

How it works

Emtone treats all of the factors that contribute to cellulite, including enlarged fat chambers and metabolic waste under the skin, rigid collagen fibers, loss of skin elasticity, and poor blood flow. The two types of energy encourage new collagen formation and tighten existing collagen fibers, resulting in smoother, firmer skin.

Emtone is appropriate for anyone who wants to reduce cellulite without undergoing an invasive procedure.

Treatment Overview

Most patients require an initial series of four treatments over two to four weeks with maintenance sessions every 6 to 12 months. A single area usually takes about 12 to 15 minutes and there is no downtime afterward

What is Emsculpt Neo?

Emsculpt Neo is the first and only non-invasive FDA-approved device that uses high-intensity electromagnetic energy to tone and strengthen the abdominal muscles and thighs, as well as tone and lift the buttocks.

What it does.

The electromagnetic energy triggers supramaximal contractions. In a 30-minute session, Emsculpt Neo contracts your targeted muscles 20,000 times, meaning it far surpasses what you’d be able to achieve even with the most challenging workout. The contractions zap fat cells, (for a 20% – 30% loss after 4 treatments) and increase muscle fibers (by about 16%). The result is more defined abs and a rounder, firmer bum.

The ideal candidate for Emsculpt Neo is no more than 30 pounds from their ideal body weight, is active and fit, but has a stubborn area (or more than one) that they haven’t been able to correct with a healthy diet and exercise.

Treatment Overview

Treatments take approximately 30 minutes and most patients require a series of four sessions spaced about three days apart over two to three weeks. One treatment every three to six months is recommended for maintenance.

You may feel a little sore after your Emsculpt Neo session. But you are free resume normal activities immediately after. We recommend avoiding vigorous exercise around the targeted muscles for a week after your treatment.

What’s your choice?

In short, it depends on what your goals are! The key decider in the debate between Emtone vs Emsculpt is that Emsculpt is for people who are frustrated by stubborn fat and lack of muscle tone. While Emtone is primarily for those who want to remove cellulite tissue from problem areas.
